Process: this Japanese sword is made of T10 carbon steel by hot forging, cutting, quenching, grinding, heat treatment, tempering, repair and refurbishment, its blade is fully tempered, processed, repeatedly heat treated and hand forged to remove impurities, and then tempered with clay, so that featured by toughness & flexibility, and produces the real blade grain(Hamon).
Material: Tsuba is made of alloy material with elegant patterns. Other accessories are also made of alloy material, so there is no need to worry about fading and discoloration.The sheath is made of wood and Repeatedly polished and lacquered, with beautiful and delicate patterns.The handle(Tsuka) is made of wood, covered with white artificial fishskin inside(Samekawa), wrapped with black cotton rope. Sageo is a black thick cotton rope, which feels better and looks more beautiful.
